In general, Elevator is equipped with Emergency Call Button and/or Interphone that is connected to Security Center or Building Management Center, for the case of emergencies such as Elevator failure or power failure. In some cases, however,communication is not functioning due to absence of duty officers in the centers.

SafeCall® (Emergency Mobile Calling System) is a calling equipment for emergency that can help people proactively and quickly prepare for the emergency situation by automatically connecting, through Interphone, in wireless, or in wired, up to 5 telephone numbers that are pre-registered in equipment (e.g. Elevator Maintenance Office, Cell Phone of duty manager, or 119(911)).
